We are just back from mid-term break after Hallowen and we are leading into the Christmas period. All our classes are in full swing. All yoga students are enjoying the classes and the challenges of stretching themselves a little further each week. If you would like to book your place for next term look at our classes list for full details of a class to suit you. You can also contact Patricia and she will help you decide the best class for you to attend.Patricia is doing Post Graduate Yoga studies with The Irish Yoga Association and the culmination of her studies take her to India in January 2009. She was kept busy during the summer with a trip to South America in July and the completion of Baby Yoga Thesis in August 2008.
We are currently running a Yoga in Pregnancy course and our next one will commence on Wednesday 5th November at 8.15pm. These courses are very popular with Mums-to-be. Many Mums find the benefits of doing yoga helps them physically, emotionally and mentally for this great event and allows them to fully enjoy the experience. We have introduced a new yoga class for Mums and Babies. All the Mums and babies are enjoying the fun, stretching, strengthening and relaxation that takes place at each class. You cannot start too early doing yoga. It is a great opportunity to bond with your baby and to network with other mums. Our next course starts on Thursday, 13th November at 10am.

Past Events
The Savita Yoga Team in Waterford, where they gave two workshops at St. Joseph's and Benildus Parish Centre.
The workshops were a great success. The Savita team brought a unique blend of gentle free yoga movement together with spontaneous music composition. The workshops were totally unlike the standard yoga class and Waterford yogis were surprised and delighted to have had the opportunity of the wonderful Savita team.
It was great to see the event fully booked out. So remember when the Savita Yoga Team come to Ireland next year to book your place early.
